Noodles Romanoff 

 

1-12 oz pkg wide egg noodles 

1-16 oz container sour cream 

1/2 stick butter, melted 

1/3 C grated Parmesan cheese, divided 

1 clove garlic, minced 

1 T chopped fresh parsley 

1/4 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp black pepper 

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a two-quart baking dish with cooking spray. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, butter, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix well. Add noodles and toss until evenly coated. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
