Meatloaf with Beef and Stuffing Mix

1 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 package stuffing mix, including flavor pack (any variety)

1 can beef broth

Mix all ingredients well. Put into a loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
