Ham Stroganoff

 

2 Cups leftover cooked ham cut into long thin strips

1 Vidalia onion chopped

1 or 2 TB. flour

4 TB. butter

2 cups sour cream

2 cans broiled sliced or whole mushrooms

salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and ham until onion is cooked but not browned.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with four.

Stirring constantly add sour cream.

Return to heat add mushrooms  and stir to heat.

Serve with noodles
