Farmhouse Chicken

2 lbs chicken breasts
1 /2 C butter
1/4 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 dash pepper

Sauce:
1/2 C sour cream
3 T water
1 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash paprika

Preheat over 350 degrees.  Add butter to shallow baking dish, melt.  Dip chicken in butter and roll in flour, salt, and pepper. Then, arrange skin side up in baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.  Cook chicken for 45 to 60 minutes, until done.  Add drippings from chicken, water, sour cream, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika to saucepan, bring to boil stirring constantly.  Pour sauce over chicken then serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
