Creamy Ranch Pork Chops  

 

Ingredients

4 pork chops

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 soup can milk

1/2 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix

Pepper, to taste

Paprika  

Directions

Brown chops in a little oil; drain. Mix Ranch dressing with soup and milk. Sprinkle browned chops with pepper, to taste.

Pour sauce over chops. Simmer, covered, until tender, for about 45 minutes, turning once during cooking process.

Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Sauce is excellent over rice, spuds or buttered noodles.
