Chicken Pie

 

1-16 oz pkg frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed

2 C cut-up, cooked chicken

1-10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 C Bisquick mix

1/2 C milk

1 egg

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup in ungreased two-quart casserole dish.

Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl with fork until blended. Pour into casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until top of pie is golden brown.
