Chicken Broccoli Divan
1 lb fresh broccoli, cut into spears, or 10 oz frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1 1/2 C cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 C milk
1/2 C (generous) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 T butter, melted
2 T dry breadcrumbs
In a 9-inch pie plate, or shallow casserole, arrange broccoli and top with chicken. Combine soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 450, until hot.
