Broccoli Stuffing Casserole

2 (10 oz) boxes frozen, chopped broccoli

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 beaten eggs

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

1 stick butter

1 cup grated shredded cheese

Stir broccoli, soup, eggs, onion & mayo together & place in 13 x 9 in. pan.  Melt butter in pan, add stuffing mix & cheese.  Mix together & sprinkle on top of broccoli.  Bake 350, uncovered, for 45 min.
