Freezer Apple Pie Filling

5-6 apples, peeled and sliced into thin strips
2 T lemon juice
1 C of sugar
1/4 C Flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 T butter, cut into pieces

In a Ziploc bag, combine the sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.  Shake the bag to mix well.  Peel and cut apples.  Cover with lemon juice.  Add the apples and the cut butter to the bag.  With a bag you can makes one pie.
