Double Ham and Cheese Casserole
1 C elbow macaroni
1/4 C butter
1 C soft breadcrumbs
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese
1 C slivered ham
3 eggs, well beaten
1 T chopped parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 C milk, scalded
little paprika
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Add butter and toss until coated. Add remaining ingredients except paprika. Mix well. Turn into a two-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
