Corny Macaroni and Cheese Bake
1 can 15 oz creamed corn
1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn, undrained or 10 oz frozen, thawed
1 C elbow macaroni, not cooked
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
pepper, to taste
1/2 C butter, cut in pieces
Combine all ingredients and put in buttered casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir; continue baking for 30 more minutes uncovered.
NOTE: I also add about 1/4 cup chopped onion to this.
