Crustless Quiche

6 large eggs
1 C whole milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 C cooked mix-ins (like cooked sausage or sauteed vegetables)
1 C shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

In a large bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; add mix-ins and cheese until combined. Spread evenly into a greased nine-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 35 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand ten minutes before cutting.
