Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino Mix

1-1/2 cups powdered coffee creamer

3 tablespoons instant coffee

1/2 cup of sugar

2 T + 1 t pie spice

Combine dry ingredients well and store in an air-tight container. To use, combine two tablespoons of mix with one cup of boiling water.
