Olive Nut Spread
1-8 oz block of cream cheese softened
1/2 C of mayonnaise
1 C of pecans chopped
2/3 C of green olives and pimentos sliced
2 T of olive juice
dash of pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. If your cream cheese is soft enough you will not need a mixer. I had no problem mixing this with a spoon. Chill in refrigerator for two hours. Serve with wheat thins, Hawaiian rolls, Ritz crackers, or bread for small sandwiches.
