Mocha Punch

Makes 5 quarts: serves 20-25 

Great at holiday time.

 

1 ½ quart water

½ cup instant chocolate drink mix

½ cup sugar

¼ cup instant coffee

½ gallon chocolate ice cream

½ gallon vanilla ice cream

Bring water to boil and remove from heat and add mix, sugar and coffee and dissolve. 

Refrigerate overnight.  Half hour before serving, pour into punch bowl and add both kinds of ice cream by large spoonfuls and stir some. 

Can serve with whipped cream on top.
