Giant Dill Popovers
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon. salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 Tablespoon finely snipped fresh dill
Mix with mixer. Cover and let stand at room temp for 1/2 hr. Mix well after 1/2 hour then pour into 10 well greased muffin tins. Bake 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Do not open oven during the first 20 minutes of baking!! Serve immediately with butter.
***Can also use 6 --6 oz. generously greased custard cups placed on a baking sheet
