Dill Pickle Crackers
2-11 oz boxes mini Saltines – you can use regular Saltines if you can’t find the minis
1/2 C (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1-1 oz pkg dry ranch seasoning mix
1 T dill pickle juice – make sure it’s from a dill pickle jar and not the sweet pickles
1 T dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
Place Saltines in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together butter, dry ranch seasoning, dill pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder. Pour butter mixture over crackers and gently toss to coat all the crackers. Transfer to a rimmed baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes. Cool completely before serving and storing.
