Cucumber Dip

Joan Brockhaus

6 oz cream cheese (I used whole 8 oz pkg)

½ c sour cream

1 tsp salt

½ tsp sugar

½ tsp lemon juice (I used Realemon)

¼ c chopped cucumber (take the seeds out—I used whole cucumber)

1 ½ t minced onion (I used 2 onion slices chopped fine)

(can add dill for added flavor—have had both ways & both good)

Mix all together & chill

Good w/cool  Ranch Doritos (I didn’t have instead used garlic bread toasted crisp
