Caramel Corn

½ cup margarine or butter

1 cup brown sugar

¼ cup honey

Boil for 5 minutes then add 1 teaspoon vanilla.  Pour over 6 quarts popped corn. 

Mix well.  Spread onto large cookie sheet.  Bake 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
