Baked Dip for Crackers (enjoy hot or cold)

1/2 C finely grated raw carrots
1/2 C finely grated celery
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
1 C grated Parmesan cheese

A couple dashes of hot sauce, or you could add diced jalapeño, you pick the heat you want or omit entirely. Stir together until well blended and put it in a small greased ovenproof dish. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned. Spread on crackers and enjoy.
