Pumpkin Bars

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups sugar

4 eggs (slightly beaten)

1 cup oil

2 cups pumpkin

½ cup nuts (optional)

Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese

¾ stick oleo

1 ¾ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon milk

Sift dry ingredients together, then add pumpkin, oil and eggs and nuts if preferred.  Mix well and bake in 12” x 18” pan, for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.  Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
