Pretzel Salad Recipe

 

1 cup crushed pretzel sticks –

 1/2 cup white sugar –

 1/2 cup melted butter

 Mix crushed pretzel sticks, white sugar and melted butter together. Spray a  cookie sheet with Pam and spread pretzel mix onto the cookie sheet in nice layer. Bake at 400* for 7 minutes. When cool break into small pieces and set aside.

 

Mix:

8 ozs. Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup Powdered sugar

Then fold in 20 oz can crushed pineapple(juice too) and 16 ozs. Cool Whip. An hour before serving add pretzel mix to cream cheese/pineapple mix.

 

I also added cut up green grapes for color but you don't need to. You can also add chopped nuts if you want.
