Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

3/4 c flour

1 cup old fashioned oatmeal

1/2 t baking soda

1/4 t salt

3/4 c brown sugar

1/4 c butter

1 t vanilla

1 egg

1/3 cup  toffee bits

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the 1st four ingredients, whisking well. Add sugar and butter-beat 5 minutes. Add vanilla and egg and blend will. Add dry ingredients, blend again. Stir in toffee and drop by Tbsp on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 11 minutes.
