Crock Pot Taco Soup

 

1 lb. ground beef

2, 15 oz., cans of Rotel tomatoes, I used 1 can Rotel tomatoes and 1 can diced tomatoes, do not drain

1, 15 oz., can corn, do not drain

1 pkg. taco seasoning, 2 to 3 tablespoon bulk

1 pkg. ranch dressing mix

1, 8 oz., can tomato soup

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cups beef stock

 

Brown beef in skillet with onion. Drain fat and add to crock pot. Add all other ingredients and stir to mix. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
