Carrot Pineapple Salad Recipe

 

3 large carrots, grated

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained

1/2 cup golden raisins (can use regular raisins)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

 

 Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
