Almost Pizza

7 C thin sliced potatoes
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can nacho soup
1 C milk
1 can tomato soup
1/2 C chopped onion
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oregano
1- 3.5 oz pkg sliced pepperoni
1 to 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning (optional)
Place sliced potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown hamburger, drain. Combine nacho cheese and milk in a pan; heat through. Stir together tomato soup, onion, sugar and oregano. Sprinkle beef over potatoes. Pour cheese mixture over all. Top with tomato mixture and sliced pepperoni. Cover and bake in 375-degree oven for one hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. Put cheese on top.
