Gail’s Peach Ice Cream

1-8 ounce package cream cheese

1 cup sugar

3 cups  Half & Half

1 cup, peeled, mashed peaches.

Soften cream cheese, beat in sugar and slowly add Half & Half and peaches.  Freeze in ice cream freezer.  Makes 2 quarts.

To lighten the calories, use fat free cream cheese and in place of the Half & Half, use 2 cups  Half & Half and 1 cup milk.
