Venison Strips

2 packages Venison steaks (give or take depends on how many are eating)

1 container of seasoned bread crumbs

Eggs & milk mixture

Oil (or you can bake)

Slice steaks into strips.  Dip into bread crumbs, then dip into egg/ milk mix, the dip again into bread crumbs.  Fry in oil till golden brown on each side or you can bake in 350 degree oven till done.  Serve with rice, French fries, potatoes, mac & cheese or whatever.
