Tater Tot Taco Bake

1pound hamburger

1 small onion diced

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 oz. package taco seasoning

1 pound package frozen corn

1 can (4 oz)  green chilies, drained

1  12oz. can black beans, drained

1 pound  (16 oz) shredded cheese

1 pound (16 oz) package tator tots

1 (10.5 oz) enchilada sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray a 9 x 13” pan.  Fry hamburger, garlic and onion.  Drain.  Add taco seasoning, green chilies, corn and beans to meat.  Heat through.  In large bowl, combine meat mixture with ¾ of cheese and all tator tots.  Stir well.  Pour 1/3 of enchilada sauce in bottom of 9x 13, add tator tot mixture, pat down.  Pour remaining sauce over tots.  Bake 30 minutes.  Add remaining cheese.  Bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes more.
