Souper Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

 

1 can cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup milk

Pepper, to taste

4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

1 small onion, chopped

Butter

Paprika

 

 Blend milk, soup and pepper. In a buttered 1-1/2 qt. casserole, arrange in alternate layers, the sliced potatoes, onion and sauce till all is used. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika, Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake for 15 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender.

Serve 4 to 6.
