Zucchini Jelly

6 Cups peeled and ground zucchini squash

1 cup canned crushed pineapple (do not drain)

3 ½ cups sugar

½ teaspoon Real Lemon or Lemon Juice

2- 3 ounces packages orange jello

Boil zucchini alone for 10 minutes.  Add lemon juice and pineapple and boil for 6 minutes mores.  Next, add jello until dissolved.  Seal in your choice of jars.  Makes 4-5 pints.

NOTE***May substitute other flavors of jello, apricot, lime pineapple, strawberry, black cherry, raspberry and cherry are very  good.  This is also good for ice cream topping.
