Spaghetti Sauce

5 gal bucket tomatoes (peeled & diced)

8 large onions (diced)

8 large green peppers (diced)

1 bunch celery (diced)

2 bulbs garlic cloves (diced)

8 large cans (12 oz) tomato paste

1 bottle lime juice

1 ¾ Tablespoon pepper

3 tablespoon salt

12 tablespoon sugar

6 tablespoon oregano

6 bay leaves

 I dice mine in larger pieces because we like “chunky”

Boil 2 hours.  Remove bay leaves.

Put in hot sterile jars & seal.
