Fancy Easter Ham Glazes

Choose the type of glaze you prefer, mix the ingredients and brush over ham with mixture. Bake 325 degrees for 4-5 hours (this is for a12-14#, bone-in ham) During the last hour, brush on the glaze a few more times.

Cherry-Spice: Combine 2/3 cup cherry preserves, 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar and ½ teaspoon ground allspice.

Honey-Mustard: Combine 1/3 cup honey, 3 Tablespoons whole grain mustard and 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

Ruby-Red Currant: Combine 2/3 cup red currant preserves, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and ¼ teaspoon ground ginger.

Orange-Curry: Combine 1/3 cup orange marmalade, 1/3 cup honey, 2 Tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon ground ginger and 1 teaspoon curry powder.

Sunday Ham glaze: ½ cup prepared mustard, 2/3 cup apricot preserves.
