DIY Dry Mix for White Gravy

2 C flour

1 C dry milk powder

1/4 C cornstarch

1 T pepper

1 T salt

2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp ground poultry seasoning

I make a triple batch and keep it in a half gallon mason jar. Melt two tablespoons butter in a saucepan.  Whisk in three tablespoons mix then slowly whisk in one cup water.  Heat until thick and enjoy!
