Creamy Jalapeno Sauce

 

•1/4 cup mayonnaise

•1 teaspoon minced cilantro (if you love cilantro you can add up to a tablespoon)

•1/2 of a large jalapeno pepper, finely minced

•1 teaspoon cider vinegar

•1 teaspoon water

•1 clove garlic, finely minced

 

1.Place all of the ingredients into a jar, shake and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

2.Serve with your favorite Mexican food. Like Instant Pot Chicken Tacos.

3.Makes about 1/2 a cup.
