Cranberry Relish

1 12oz pkg. cranberries
2 apples (finely chopped, Do Not Peel)
Juice of 2 oranges
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
2 2/3 cup granulated sugar

Grind cranberries (I freeze mine first and then put frozen berries into a blender) Pour into a large bowl and add the sugar. Mix well and add rest of ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors blend. (I usually make my relish a week or so ahead of time) Serves 12 This relish freezes well.
