Spinach and Cashew Salad

1 lb. spinach

1 head lettuce

6 oz. cashews

 Dressing

1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. dried mustard

1 tsp. grated onion

1/4 c. white vinegar

1 c. oil

1 tsp. celery seed

Mix sugar, salt, mustard, onion and vinegar slowly; add oil and celery seed. Chill dressing. Add dressing at last moment and toss. Cashews may be added on each serving on in advance on whole amount. Makes 4 Servings
