Pasta Veggie Salad  

 

Ingredients

2 cups large sea shell pasta (I have also used rotini)

1 cup dairy sour cream

1/2 cup salad dressing, or mayonnaise  

1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello

1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 cup fresh cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup radishes, sliced

1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced

 1/2 cup grated cheese (I use Cheddar)

1 cup frozen peas, thawed

2 tsp. minced onion  

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain and rinse with cold water.

Combine sour cream, salad dressing, Jello and salt; mix well.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with cooked pasta.

Pour dressing over and mix well. Chill well before serving.
