Orange Fluff Salad

15 oz crushed pineapple, 1 can drained
3.4 oz orange Jell-O, 1 box
8 oz cool whip, 1 tub
14 oz mandarin oranges, drained
16 oz cottage cheese, any size curd
1 C mini marshmallows
1/2 C sweetened coconut

In a large bowl mix the drained pineapple and Jell-O together. Gently fold in the cool whip. Then mix the drained mandarins, cottage cheese, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut into the bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge for one hour.
