Joan's Salad & Dressing

Salad:
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup torn lettuce
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup diced celery
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
½ cup quartered strawberries (fresh or frozen & thawed)
Place in large bowl.

Dressing:
3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons minced onion
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons bottled horseradish
½ teaspoon celery seed
¼ teaspoon salt

Wisk dressing ingredients all together and put on salad just before serving.
