Easy Overnight Baked Beans

4 cups dried navy beans
8 cups water
2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup molasses
½ pound bacon, diced
¼ cup ketchup
1 small onion, diced
2 ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Mix together in the crock-pot; bake all night on low.  In the morning, turn to high, beans are ready by noon.

(You can use ham instead of bacon and Lima beans instead of navy beans.
