Cranberry Jello Salad

1- 6 oz. cherry jello
2 cups hot water
1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple(drained)
1-14 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup pecans (chopped) optional

Mix jello with hot water & chill just till it starts to set up but not firm. Mix jello with cranberry sauce, pineapple & pecans.

In separate bowl; mix sour cream with vanilla & sugar. Add this to jello by folding in till mixed throughout. Refrigerate.

The pecans can be omitted if you like.
