Cabbage Casserole (Revised)

1 medium cabbage, chopped, cook until barely done and drain well.
1 pound hamburger
1 onion, chopped
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese (reserve ¼ cup)|
½ cup cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper

Put cooked, drained cabbage in casserole dish.  Brown hamburger and chopped onion together, stir in sour cream and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Put this mixture on top of cabbage, season with Salt and pepper to taste.  Put reserved cheese on and finish with cracker crumbs.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
