Black Bean Salad

 

2 (15 oz.) each cans whole kernel corn, drained

2 (15 oz.) each cans black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can diced tomaotes and green chilies ) Rotel tomatoes

3/4 C. green onions, sliced

1/3 C. olive or vegetable oil

1/3 C. lime juice

1 T. fresh cilantro or parsley, minced

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ground cumin

 

In a very large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
