Cran-Strawberry Jell-O Salad  

 

1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 large pkg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jell-O

2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 container (8 oz.) sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

 

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water; add lemon juice; add cranberry sauce, making sure you break it up well. Add undrained thawed strawberries. Chill until almost set, using a 9 x 13 inch dish. Combine in a bowl, whipped topping, sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread on top of Jell-O. Chill 4 hours, or overnight.
