Zucchini Brownies

2 cups grated zucchini
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1/3 cup cocoa
½ cup chopped nuts

Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Pour mixture in greased 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Zucchini brownie frosting
1 cup sugar
¼ cup margarine
¼ cup milk
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients in sauce pan and boil 3 to 4 minutes.  Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir.  Cool.  Spread on brownies.
