Zucchini Bars

2 cups white sugar
1 cup cooking oil
2 and 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup nuts
3 eggs
3 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Beat everything together. Pour into a jelly roll pan and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. Cool and ice.

Icing
3/4 package 8oz. of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar

 Add enough milk to make the icing spreadable. (Hint add a little milk at a time) sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
