Valentine's Angelfood Cupcakes

Package of angel food cake mix (one step)

        1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
        1 cup Cool Whip (lite)
        1 cup skim milk
        1 package instant vanilla pudding (sugar free)
        12 large strawberries trimmed and sliced in half shaped like a heart

Beat angel food cake mix and crushed pineapple about 5 minutes. Fill muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Mix Cool Whip, milk and pudding together. Refrigerate until thickened.

With a spoon make a hole in the top of each muffin. Fill with 1 Tablespoon pudding mixture. Top with strawberry . Refrigerate until ready to serve.
