Tomato Soup Bars

1 can tomato soup
½ soup can water
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons allspice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured jelly-roll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar icing or cream cheese icing.
