Surprise Chocolate Fudge (or Fondue Sauce)

1 can (15 oz.) Pinto beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup baking cocoa

¾ cup butter (I used light margarine if you want to make fondue)

1 Tablespoon vanilla

7 ½ cups powdered sugar

Mash beans in food processor till smooth.  Then heat beans for 1 minute in microwave. 

Mash a second time in food processor while adding the next 3 ingredients. 

Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time then press into a 9” square pan. 

Cut into 90 pieces. 1 piece=1 point  (Fudge) 2 Tablespoon=  1 point ( Fondue)
